Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of specialized experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet FedEx Office employment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service in printing, signs, graphics, and shipping.
• Take orders, provide pricing and product information, and recommend FedEx Office products and services.
• Operate and maintain store equipment and manage the production queue.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized retail store environment.
• Process financial transactions using a POS terminal and handle cash.
