The FedEx Office Store Consultant delivers a positive customer experience, leveraging consultative skills to anticipate needs and provide solutions. You will handle orders, pricing, and guidance on FedEx Office products and services across print, signs & graphics, and shipping.

You will operate a variety of equipment, manage production queues, stock materials, and ensure a safe, clean store while meeting priority tasks and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of specialized experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with consultative service and product recommendations.
• Take orders and manage in-store production queue.
• Operate and maintain store equipment and shipping/printing gear.
• Process transactions at POS and handle cash.
• Maintain a safe, clean retail store environment.
