Job summary

FedEx Office Store Consultant role seeks to deliver a positive customer experience across printing, signs & graphics, and shipping. You will take orders, quote pricing, and recommend FedEx Office products and services while operating a wide range of equipment.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months of specialized experience, plus strong verbal and written communication skills. You will help manage production queues and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer’s individualized need.
• Provides customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics and shipping product lines and can recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services.
• Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information.
• Sets up and operates printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer supplied original media and documents.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
