Starbucks is seeking a Store Concepts Design Lead to innovate store formats and enhance brand experiences. As a Store Concepts Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Starbucks by designing innovative store formats and concepts that enhance our brand and business. Collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team of experts, you will drive large-scale innovation and contribute to the creation of groundbreaking store experiences.
We’d Love To Hear From People With
Education
Bachelor's degree in design or related design field from an accredited educational institution.
Preferred Education: Master’s degree from an accredited educational institution in Architecture, Interior Design or related design field. Professional licensing, qualification and/or credentials in Architecture or Interior Design and a recognized sustainable program.

The actual base pay offered will depend on factors including experience, location, and internal equity. For those in the greater Seattle or New York area, we offer a flexible hybrid work model, allowing remote work up to two days per week.
