MOD Pizza in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor Lead to join our store leadership team. You will coach and develop Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while learning restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.

You set the tone for the team, welcome guests, and ensure everyone belongs. MOD promotes internally, and this role offers growth within a welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience coaching, teaching and inspiring others.
• Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards; coaching in a compassionate manner.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set and sustain the tone of the shift, keeping the energy high.
• Create positive vibes and a welcoming atmosphere for Squad Crew and customers.
• Listen, acknowledge and resolve Squad crew and customer concerns; escalate to the GM as needed.
• Manage shift duties checklists and address/escalate equipment malfunctions.
• Focus on the growth and well-being of the Squad and celebrate wins.

Overview

The Restaurant Supervisor Lead is the second in command on the store leadership team . You lead, coach and develop the skills of Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while learning restaurant operations skill side by side with the General Manager.

You set the tone for team, showing how to embrace our customers as guests welcoming the pineapple adventurers, gluten-friendly cravers, and the sauceless rebels. You will model the idea that together our restaurants create an experience that makes sure everyone belongs.
