Job summary

Garage Clothing in Scottsdale seeks a Co-Manager to promote a positive omni-channel shopping experience and build loyal client relationships. You will lead by recruiting, training, and coaching your team to drive outstanding business results.

You will maximize store profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets while maintaining flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Passion for fashion & customer-oriented approach.
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Ability to promote participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
