Job summary

Paycom in Mobile, AL is seeking a Part Time with Benefits associate for our store team. You will assist customers with donations, selections, and purchases, operate a cash register, and ensure accurate transactions in a busy retail setting.

Alongside customer service, you’ll receive training to sort, price, and display donated items, maintain clean displays and work areas, and help keep the warehouse organized. Benefits include PTO, AFLAC, voluntary life, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and experience working in a retail store preferred, or
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

This position is responsible for:

Assists store customers in donating, selecting, and purchasing store items. Operates and maintains a cash register. Receives, sorts, prices and prepares donated items for display in the store.
