Store Clerk & Sorter - NE-AOK_401 - Thrift Store Department, 516 N Independence St, Enid, OK 73701, USA

Job Summary:

Store Clerk:

• Assist customers with donations, selections, and purchases.
• Operate and maintain the cash register; respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain store displays and ensure security of store items and cash register.

Sorting Room Worker:

• Receive, sort, price, and prepare donated items for display.
• Assess item suitability and pricing based on standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Effective customer service skills.
• Basic mathematics principles.
• Ability to categorize and assess condition of items.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• No formal education or experience required.
• Physical ability to lift/carry/push/pull light objects (< 25 lbs).
• Moderate mobility for sitting, standing, and walking within the same building.

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment with exposure to weather changes, noise, and dirt.
