Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time store associate at ARC-DALLAS STORE 4 in Lewisville, TX. The role involves assisting customers, stocking and displaying items, and performing cleaning and security duties. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with retail experience encouraged.

The position offers benefits and requires weekly participation in store operations, including donation processing and courteous phone handling. 20 hours or more per week is possible.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Retail store experience preferred or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist store customers in selecting and purchasing items.
• Stock, arrange, and display furniture, bric-a-brac, books, clothes, and other similar products; rotate and/or rearrange stock as needed.
• Return items to the proper location and perform routine security activities while observing customers shopping in the store.
• Move donations to the storage area and prepare donation receipts. Clean display racks, shelves, windows, mirrors, and storage areas; sweep and mop floors; clean other areas as needed.
• Answer the store telephone in a tactful and courteous manner.

Qualifications: Education and Experience
