Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a store associate to act as the primary point of contact for customers, stock merchandise, and assist in maintaining plan-o-grams and displays. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and help customers locate products while ensuring a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities

• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise in stock room or move directly to sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays.
• Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Greet customers and operate cash register to itemize and total purchases; bag merchandise.
