Job summary

Haag Oil in Topeka, KS is seeking an Entry-level Team Member to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean store, and follow Haag Oil policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the POS system, handling cash and transactions, stocking merchandise, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across the store. Prior experience is helpful, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service experience helpful; we will train.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Ability to stand, walk, stock, and perform routine cleaning duties.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• Report to work on time and as scheduled.
• Stock, price, rotate, face, and count merchandise.
• Maintain clean and orderly sales areas, coolers, fountain areas, restrooms, fuel areas, and store grounds.
• Maintain adequate supplies and merchandise throughout the shift.
• Follow all company policies and applicable laws regarding beverage and tobacco sales.
• Assist with displays, inventory, store equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Area Manager.
