Cascades Inc. in Pryor, OK is seeking a Maintenance Storeroom Clerk to manage inventory on the shop floor and ensure timely availability of materials. You will use SAP/CMMS tools to track stock, issue materials, and support safety and quality standards on a day shift from Monday to Friday.

You will coordinate with planners, stock audits, and vendor deliveries while maintaining organized storerooms and accurate data. Prior experience in maintenance stores or MRO environments is valued.

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Teams, and CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance operations, safety practices, and MRO inventory management.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

• Self-motivated with accountability and autonomy.
• Experience in maintenance stores, inventory control, or MRO environments preferred.
• Experience with SAP PLM is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in implementation of Cascade’s inventory management best practices by application of policies and following corporate processes.
• Add new materials to stock to ensure availability and cost control.
• Identify and communicate potential supply chain bottlenecks.
• Forecast material needs to minimize stockouts.
• Handle, store, and issue materials aligned with safety and quality standards.
• Support daily storeroom activities and assist the Storeroom Manager as needed.
• Locate, issue, and record materials using SAP tools, BOMs, and catalog systems.
• Prepare, kit, and distribute proper quantities of materials for planned and unplanned work.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date system data to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Monitor and respond to material requests from production and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storeroom and receiving areas.
• Prepare documents for all external plant shipments.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries and resolve supply issues.
• Collaborate with planners to prioritize kitting for planned work orders.
• Manage returns of kitted materials to inventory.

What you'll do

As a Maintenance Storeroom Clerk, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.
Your day-to-day:
