Job summary

Paycom in Dallas, TX is seeking a store associate to assist customers in selecting and purchasing items, stock and display merchandise, and maintain clean, organized aisles.

The role includes rotating stock, returning items to proper locations, performing routine security observations while customers shop, moving donations to storage and providing donation receipts, and answering the store phone in a courteous manner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail store experience preferred.
• Any equivalent training and experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Assist store customers in selecting and purchasing items.
• Stock, arrange, and display merchandise; rotate stock as needed.
• Return items to the proper location; perform routine security activities while observing customers.
• Move donations to the storage area; prepare and provide donation receipts.
• Clean display racks, shelves, windows, mirrors, and storage areas; sweep and mop floors.
• Answer the store telephone in a tactful and courteous manner.
