Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies, placing orders to replenish when needed.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to plan and communicate with the store team.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
