Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-training in multiple store areas is expected to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices for internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of cleaning equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and organization across the store, including sales floor, backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms
• Follow all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in common areas
• Be cross-trained in other store areas such as backroom and front end
• Support front-end coverage needs as required
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards
• Participate in store recovery activities throughout the day
• Follow operational and loss prevention controls to reduce shrink
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Comply with labor laws and company policies regarding breaks and meals
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
