Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include the operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

1. Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including the operation and maintenance of the scrubber and buffer.
4. Ensure organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards are met across the store, including the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
5. Follow all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
6. Be cross-trained in other store areas such as Backroom, Front End, and Sales Floor.
7. Support and respond to all Front End coverage needs.
8. Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
9. Participate in store recovery activities as needed throughout the day.
10. Adhere to operational and loss prevention controls, including shrink reduction.
11. Communicate effectively with management and associates.
12. Follow all labor laws and policies, including meal and break periods.
13. Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
