Job Description:
Opportunity: Grow Your Career
The role involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is required. The role is cross-trained to support multiple store areas as needed.
- Model excellent customer experience practices for internal and external customers
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of cleaning equipment
- Ensure organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards across the store, including sales floor, backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms
- Follow all health and safety policies, including restocking essential items
- Be cross-trained in other store areas such as backroom and front end
- Support front end coverage as needed
- Uphold merchandising and signage standards
- Participate in store recovery activities throughout the day
- Follow operational and loss prevention controls to reduce shrinkage
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Comply with labor laws and policies, including breaks and meal periods
- Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
