Job summary

Fuel City is seeking friendly, dependable cashiers to join our 24/7 convenience stores in Texas. You will operate cash registers, process transactions, handle payments, and maintain clean, organized work areas while delivering excellent customer service.

Flexible shifts include overnights with premium pay opportunities; prior cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent recommended.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately.
• Perform opening and closing till procedures.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions responsibly.
• Assist with store operational tasks as assigned.
• Support area stocking and merchandise replenishment.
• Follow company policies regarding cash handling, security, and safety.
• Deliver a T1 customer experience through friendly and professional service.
• Greet customers upon arrival and thank them as they leave.
• Provide information regarding products, promotions, and services.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Build positive customer relationships through engagement and attentiveness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Front and merchandise products to maintain store appearance.
• Restock shelves and displays as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
• Ensure workstations remain clean, safe, and properly supplied throughout the shift.

Pay Range

$11.00-16.00/hour depending on shift and experience
