Join us to apply for the Store Associate Year-Round role at The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC.

We are looking for friendly, customer-oriented individuals to join our team. Our flexible schedules are ideal for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking extra income. Our stores are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM, closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and in-store, providing excellent service and responding positively to requests.
• Help with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, articulate features and benefits, and suggest add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative, stay productive, and be responsible for your activities during the shift.
• Follow all company processes, procedures, and safety policies.

Qualifications

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and prior customer service or food prep experience are preferred. Experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or hotel industries is a plus.
