Our stores are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM and we're closed on Sundays. We offer TRULY FLEXIBLE work schedules suitable for students, teachers, retirees, and anyone needing to work around other commitments.

Responsibilities

1. Assist phone, catering, lunch, and retail customers, providing excellent service in a friendly manner. Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
2. Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
3. Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate features and benefits. Drive sales through suggestion selling.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
5. Take initiative and remain productive throughout the shift, taking responsibility for activities within control.
6. Follow all processes and procedures, complying with company standards, safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.

Qualifications

Good communication skills and attention to detail. Prior customer service or food prep experience is preferred. Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a plus. Bring your restaurant, retail, customer service, grocery, or hotel experience to HoneyBaked!
