If you're looking for a part-time job, seasonal position, or a new gig, HoneyBaked could be for you. Our schedules are perfect for students, teachers, retirees -- really, anyone who wants to earn extra income and needs to work around school, family, or other commitments. We offer TRULY FLEXIBLE work schedules and much better hours! Our stores are open Monday - Saturday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM and are closed on Sunday.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service to phone, catering, lunch, and retail customers in a friendly and polite manner.
2. Assisting with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
3. Demonstrating product knowledge and effectively communicating features and benefits. Driving sales through suggestion selling.
4. Maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
5. Taking initiative, staying productive throughout the shift, and taking responsibility for activities within your control.
6. Following all processes and procedures, and complying with company standards, including safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience is preferred; experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a plus.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, grocery, or hotel industries is valuable.
