Join Our Team as a Store Associate Year-Round

Apply now for the Store Associate Year-Round position at The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC.

We are looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our team. Our flexible schedules are ideal for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking extra income. Our stores operate Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and in-store, providing excellent service and responding positively to requests and comments.
• Help with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative, stay productive, and be responsible for your activities during your shift.
• Follow all processes, procedures, and safety policies.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience in customer service or food preparation is preferred. Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a plus. Bring your restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience to HoneyBaked.

Additional Information
