Position Overview

We are seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Store Associates. This role is ideal for those seeking flexible work hours, including students, teachers, retirees, or anyone needing to work around other commitments. Our stores operate Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers via phone and in-store, providing excellent service and responding positively to requests or comments.
2. Help with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
3. Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest add-on sales to enhance customer experience.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
5. Take initiative and remain productive throughout shifts, taking responsibility for assigned activities.
6. Follow all company processes, procedures, and safety policies diligently.

Qualifications

Effective communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience in customer service, food preparation, or retail is preferred. Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a plus.

Additional Information

Physical requirements include bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting up to 65 pounds. Must be able to work with hot equipment and handle physical demands of food production.
