Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate in Denton, TX. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, delivering friendly service, stocking and maintaining products, and supporting daily operations.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong guest focus, able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered in a dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Help keep stores stocked and fresh; ensure items are available and of quality.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow safety regulations.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Keep store clean and organized for a welcoming guest experience inside and out.
• Complete regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.

What You’ll Do

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment
• Help Keep Our Stores Stocked & Fresh Ensure food and beverage items are available and up to quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow all safety regulations
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed
• Keep It Clean & Organized Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out
• Complete regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great experience for guests
• Assist in inventory management and restocking

What We’re Looking For
