RaceTrac is hiring Store Associates to be at the heart of the guest experience in our stores. You’ll help keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We offer competitive hourly pay up to $15.50 depending on location and shift, with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. There are strong growth opportunities and hands-on training to set you up for success.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player with initiative and strong people skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits per state/local rules.

What You’ll Do

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment
• Help Keep Our Stores Stocked & Fresh Ensure food and beverage items are available and up to quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow all safety regulations
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed
• Keep It Clean & Organized Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out
• Complete regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great experience for guests
• Assist in inventory management and restocking

What We’re Looking For
