Store Associate (Part Time) - Park Ridge, NJ

Summary
Store Associates provide our customers with the shopping experience that Lidl is renowned for in 30 countries. You will be involved in various store operations, including stocking, cleaning, bakery, non-food merchandising, and more. Successful Store Associates thrive in a fast-paced environment, are open-minded to different ways of doing business, and value open communication and feedback for professional growth. What You’ll Do

  • Unpack stock as deliveries arrive, maintaining a quick pace
  • Provide excellent customer service at registers and throughout the store, assisting customers with questions and locating items
  • Keep the store clean and organized, from the parking lot to the sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse
  • Learn and perform tasks in bakery, produce, and promotional setup areas
  • Communicate clearly with management and colleagues to complete tasks as a team

What You’ll Need

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products over 50 pounds
  • Ability to reach above head heights greater than 10 inches
  • Flexibility to work early mornings starting at 5am or late evenings until 11pm, including weekends
  • A positive attitude towards changing priorities
  • Friendly communication style with team and customers
  • Drive to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
