The Store Associate supports daily store operations alongside management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store
• Stock and refill stations as needed
• Adhere to food safety standards including product coding, temperature monitoring, and hygiene
• Ensure safety for customers and staff
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, complying with age restrictions for tobacco, lottery, and alcohol
• Complete tasks assigned by management
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Contribute to a positive work environment and exceed goals

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally; stand for long periods; kneel, stoop, bend, and twist in tight spaces
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends; may work at other nearby stores
• Must pass a comprehensive background check; employment contingent upon positive results
