What does it look like to be a Store Associate?

• Create a great atmosphere for our friends.
• Assist customers with purchases, locating items, and other needs.
• Perform cashier duties and other customer service activities.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumables to keep our store inviting.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking, counts, and product checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and outside grounds.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close and balance registers, reporting variances to the manager.
• Ensure hot food items are prepared and served according to standards.
• Assist with fuel spill cleanup as needed.
• Follow safety standards and report issues.

What’s the store environment?

• Primarily work inside a retail store setting.
• Frequent proximity to fuel pumps, vehicles, parking lots, and outdoor grounds.
• Work in hot or cold environments.

Physical Demands

• Stand for long periods.
• Move freely around the store and outside areas.
• Climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Push or pull equipment and items.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications
