Good 2 Go Stores LLC is looking to hire Candy Curators and Soda Sultans! (Boring companies call them Store Associates). Are you ready to work with people? Do you have a heart full of love for humankind? Are you a Captain of Charisma that can drive sales? If so, we have the opportunity for you!

What does it look like to be a Store Associate?

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Assist customers with purchases and locating items.
• Perform cashiering and customer service duties.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and consumables to keep our store appealing.
• Support inventory management, including stocking, counts, and product checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and outside grounds.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Close and reconcile registers, reporting discrepancies.
• Ensure hot food items are prepared and served per standards.
• Assist with fuel spill cleanup as needed.
• Follow safety standards and report issues.

What’s the store environment like?

• Primarily working inside retail stores.
• Frequent proximity to fuel pumps, vehicles, and outdoor grounds.
• Work may be in hot or cold environments.

Physical Demands

• Stand for extended periods.
• Move freely around the store and outside.
• Climb stairs/ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Push or pull equipment and items.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
