Shoe Station is hiring a Store Associate in Franklin, TN for a friendly, energetic team environment. The role involves greeting customers, helping them find shoes, and handling register transactions with basic math. You’ll promote Shoe Perks, maintain neat displays, and support store cleanliness in a fast-paced retail setting.

This is a flexible part-time position with opportunities for growth and on-the-job training. Candidates should be 16+ and able to stand for long periods in a busy store.
