Job summary

Shoe Station is hiring a friendly Store Associate in Murfreesboro, TN. You will greet customers, help them find shoes, and handle basic register transactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role offers flexible part-time hours with on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
