Goodwill of South Mississippi is seeking a Store Associate in Gulfport, MS to deliver excellent customer service, process donations, and stock the floor. You will interact with customers at the register, assist shoppers with merchandise, and help maintain a clean, organized retail space.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, and requires operating the POS system and handling donations with care. Teamwork and a commitment to PRIDE values are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift and carry objects up to 100 lbs with team lift.
• English proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with merchandise and cashiering.
• Process donations and stock the sales floor.
• Maintain a hazard-free work area and follow PRIDE values.
• Assist donors with unloading donations and providing receipts.
• Operate POS and handle transactions accurately.
