Job summary

Town Pump, Inc. is seeking a motivated Store Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for excellent customer service, cash handling, merchandising, housekeeping, and ensuring store safety and security, as well as deli sales and cooking.

Responsibilities include operating the computerized cash register, giving correct change, scanning cards, processing checks, bagging merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Ability to stock, price, rotate and display merchandise.
• Maintain store safety and security procedures.
• Deli duties in smaller locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized cash register and process payments.
• Stock shelves, price items, and keep areas clean.
• Answer phones, screen calls, and handle customer complaints.
• Assist in deli operations as described in the deli job description.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside.
