As a Store Associate, you’ll deliver outstanding guest experiences in a unique, boutique-style environment that serves everyone from vendors to executives. There’s no fuel, no weekend rushes—just quality service, great coffee, and a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Provide warm, genuine service from the first “hello” to the last transaction
• Greet every guest - including vendors, partners, and leadership - with energy and professionalism
• Suggest products that complement purchases and enhance the experience
• Handle guest concerns respectfully, escalating when needed
  
  

Keep Carl’s Cafe Clean, Fresh & Stocked

• Prepare, stock, and maintain food and beverage areas with quality and care
• Follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols to the highest standard
• Restock shelves and coolers as needed, updating signage to reflect promotions
• Keep the store sparkling - sweeping, mopping, restocking, trash removal, and more
  
  

Be a Dependable Team Player

• Support your teammates to ensure smooth operations throughout the day
• Stay “on” and guest-ready from the moment you walk in until the end of your shift
• Thrive in a polished, professional environment where every detail matters
  
  

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service, food service, or retail preferred
• A friendly, upbeat attitude and a strong sense of personal responsibility
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift
• Dependability and professionalism—this role interacts with all levels of the company
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
