Liquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S (BRS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of GoPuff, operating a retail chain of spirits, beer, wine, and party goods in Kentucky. We have 23 locations across the state, including Louisville, Lexington, Danville, Bowling Green, Elizabethtown, Owensboro, and Northern Kentucky, serving 80% of Kentucky residents.

Store Associate (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Overview

As a Store Associate, you will provide excellent customer service and drive sales through BRS products. You will build customer relationships and deliver an exceptional shopping experience through sales, support, and cashier duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about BRS products and services.
• Know BRS products to recommend items to customers.
• Drive sales across all departments.
• Replenish and maintain inventory.
• Perform cashier functions, including accepting payments and adhering to policies.
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics.
• Follow age verification policies.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and balance register drawers.
• Bag or box purchases safely.
• Follow procedures for coupons and gift cards.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and standards.
• Assist with promotions and BRS events.
• Optional: Observe vehicle policies, maintain delivery safety, and assist with deliveries, following routes and schedules.

Qualifications:

• 21+ years old
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Proof of Insurance
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• 1+ year experience in retail or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently stand and move safely
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Bend and kneel as needed
