About the Role

As a Sales Associate at our Black & Decker Outlet store, you will be part of our T&O Commercial team, working on-site to provide excellent customer service and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining the store's appearance, and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers professionally to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and recommend items.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting Stanley Black & Decker products.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Support store upkeep, including cleaning and restocking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
