Store Associate - #327 - Old Hammond Highway, Baton Rouge, LA

Join the MAPCO team, comprising over 3,200 dedicated employees committed to delivering Convenience You Can TRUST across 345 company-owned stores in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, Virginia, Kentucky, and Mississippi. Our stores offer high-quality products and services, including freshly brewed coffee, snacks, drinks, fuel, and exclusive deals through the MAPCO MY Reward$ loyalty program. Owned by COPEC since 2016, we also operate a fuel logistics business with over 100 tankers and a fuel wholesale and fleet group serving more than 125 accounts.

Sales Associate Opportunity

Position Responsibilities:

  • Meet company customer service standards.
  • Follow cash control policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to laws and regulations regarding government-regulated products and services.
  • Maintain cleanliness of store interior and exterior according to standards.
  • Stock and rotate products, including coolers and freezers.
  • Complete training and pass performance standards.
  • Follow company conduct and ethics policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
