Position Summary
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for processing donated items, maintaining store and merchandise displays, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes operating the cash register, accepting donations, and acting in security/loss prevention capacities. The associate interacts with customers, donors, clients, and employees, maintaining a positive and professional image.

Reports to: Store Manager, with guidance from Assistant Manager or Team Leads.
Supervises: No supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications: Retail experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical activities as described.
Additional Requirements: Reliable transportation, willingness to work varied hours, and passing a background check.
