The Following Scheduling Availability Is Required For This Role

• Sunday: Between 5pm-10pm
• Monday: Between 5pm-10pm
• Tuesday: Between 5pm-10pm
• Wednesday: Between 5pm-10pm
• Thursday: Between 5pm-10pm
• Friday: Between 5pm-10pm
• Saturday: Between 5pm-10pm
• 4-5 days a week (rotating weekends)

The Retail Store Associate role offers an opportunity to excel in a customer-focused environment, working independently and as part of a team to make a difference in people's lives.

Essential Functions

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and assisting with locating items.
• Performing cashier duties accurately, handling transactions following company policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, and inventory management.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Supporting other departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel and supporting pharmacy shifts for growth opportunities.
• Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs aligned with our health mission.

Required Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.

• Remaining upright for sustained periods.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and handling objects overhead.
• Close visual acuity for tasks like reading and inspecting small parts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours

20 hours per week.

Time Type

Part-time.

Pay Range

The typical pay range is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
