Job Description
The role involves supporting the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The individual provides excellent support to customers and the store team, continuously seeking improvements. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, keeping store spaces tidy, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers who return to learn more.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the store team by demonstrating enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services, acting as a go-to resource both at the front and back of the store.
- Regularly inspect the sales floor to ensure devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functional, reporting any issues to leadership.
- Greet customers promptly during busy times, connect them with sales consultants, and demonstrate company technology to ensure they understand the basics and are encouraged to return.
- Inspect the back of the store for cleanliness and security, assist with receiving inventory, and ensure proper stocking according to store standards.
- Assist with the weekly cycle count process and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Stay informed of current processes and procedures, suggesting improvements to enhance customer and store experiences.
- Adapt to store management priorities professionally and with integrity.
- Perform physical tasks such as carrying and lifting boxes up to 25 pounds, standing, and moving about the store regularly.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance, including working nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
