Job summary

Shoe Carnival, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Springfield to greet customers, help them find shoes and accessories, and create a friendly shopping experience. You will operate the register, handle cash, give change, and process returns while using basic math to complete transactions.

Additionally, you will share promotions, keep displays neat, and support loss prevention and store cleanliness in a fun, fast-paced retail atmosphere. EOE.

Qualifications

• Great communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
