Job summary

Shoe Carnival, Inc. is seeking a friendly Store Associate to greet customers, assist with finding shoes, and handle cash at the register in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll perform basic math for transactions, share promotions, keep displays neat, and support store cleanliness while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Great communication and listening skills.

• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
