Compensation: $13 per hour

Shift: 2 - 11 PM

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to every guest while working collaboratively as part of a team. This role involves flexibility to work in both kitchen and cash register areas, ensuring smooth and efficient store operation. Responsibilities include:

• Cash handling and fuel transactions, in compliance with laws related to lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol sales.
• Assisting with floor moves, product stocking, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Staying informed about product details, promotions, and advertisements, using suggestive selling techniques to drive sales.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicating food needs to the kitchen and Store Manager for timely order fulfillment.
• Following incident reporting procedures and reporting safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems or willingness to learn.
• Previous retail, customer service, or clerical experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
