Overview of the Position

Our store associates ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for achieving your sales goals and contributing to the store’s overall sales, while maintaining merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor, fitting room, and at the cash register
• Handle garments—receiving, ticketing, stocking, and merchandising
• Process sales transactions, including cash and credit payments, issuing receipts, and packing merchandise
• Open and close cash registers, perform cash balancing, and make deposits
• Perform other position-specific skills as required

Skill Set

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule commitment
• Math skills for discounts and percentages
• Basic computer skills

Education & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; associate degree preferred
• 6 months to 2 years retail experience preferred

Compensation

$16.98-$22.91 per hour, plus monthly commission opportunities. Compensation depends on experience.
