Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases, returns, and give correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept feedback and recognition
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
