Job summary

Shoe Station is hiring a Store Associate in Baton Rouge to help customers find the perfect footwear and provide friendly service.

As part of a fast-paced retail team, you will handle transactions, promote promotions, and keep shelves neat while standing for extended periods. This role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible part-time hours are available.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
• Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns
• Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
• Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers
• Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked
• Support loss prevention and store cleanliness

What We're Looking For

• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Must be at least 16 years old
