Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service to every guest.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, with flexibility to operate in kitchen and cash register areas.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions in compliance with laws related to lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol sales.
• Assist with floor moves, product stocking, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and advertisements; use suggestive selling to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and Store Manager to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems or willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
