Store Associate Responsibilities

• Support Goodwill’s mission through actions and decisions aligned with organizational principles.
• Maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and participant information.
• Be punctual and dependable.
• Provide excellent customer service and address complaints appropriately.
• Perform tasks according to training and instructions.
• Transition products to the sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Follow policies and ensure security of assets and donations.
• Perform sales floor and production duties, cross-train in all areas.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and trailers.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety practices and report hazards.
• Attend and complete training and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
