Position Overview

Our store associates ensure an excellent shopping experience, achieve individual and store sales goals, and maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash register.
• Receive, ticket, stock, and merchandise garments following company guidelines.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, issue receipts, and pack merchandise.
• Open and close cash registers, handle cash, process charge slips, and make deposits.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling.
• Basic math skills for calculating discounts and percentages.
• Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.; associate degree preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of retail experience preferred.
