Responsibilities:

• Proactively build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Meet sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open/close the business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals

Qualifications:

• Work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, 35-40 hours for full-time
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights & weekends
• Customer service experience
• Friendly, competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals
• Polished, professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 5-8 hours per day
